PM Images This was another interesting week as we get closer to the June FOMC meeting. The US core PCE index increased by 0.2%, which was lighter than the consensus estimate of 0.3% in April. This can certainly be looked at as positive, as it's the slowest increase in MoM in 2024, and the last time PCE increased by 0.2% was in December of 2023.
