Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (NSANY) is set to invest in ChargeScape, a joint venture (JV) with BMW (BMWYY) , Ford Motor Company (F) and Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (HMC) , focused on integrating electric vehicles (EVs) with the power grid.
