Deutsche Bank AG (DB) has acquired loans worth €1.67 billion ($1.77 billion) from Norddeutsche Landesbank’s (“NORD/LB”) aircraft financing portfolio of €2.75 billion. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2024, subject to approval from the antitrust authorities. The purchase price of the deal has been kept under wraps.
