The Descartes Systems Group Inc (DSGX) had recently acquired England-based BoxTop Technologies Limited for $13 million (or £10.25 million) in an all-cash deal. The company is looking to integrate BoxTop solutions with its Global Logistics Network (“GLN”) platform. The acquisition of BoxTop will aid Descartes in expanding its footprint in Europe.
