(NASDAQ:MRTN) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 0.06pershareofcommonstock.ThedividendwillbepayableonJune28,2024tostockholdersofrecordatthecloseofbusinessonJune14,2024.ThisisMarten′s56thconsecutivequarterlycashdividend.Withthepaymentofthisdividend,Martenwillhavepaidatotalof0.06 per share of common stock.
