VAALCO Energy (EGY) entered into an agreement to acquire Svenska Petroleum Exploration AB from Petroswede AB, for a gross consideration of $66.5 million. Svenska Petroleum Exploration AB is a privately held exploration and production company based in Stockholm, Sweden.
