Shares of telehealth-technology provider Teladoc Health Inc. TDOC sank after hours on Tuesday following a largely downbeat forecast for the first quarter and full year. The company, known for its BetterHelp therapy app, said it expected first-quarter sales of $630 million to$645 million, below FactSet forecasts of $673 million.
