Host Hotels & Resorts Inc.’s (HST) board of directors announced a special dividend of 10 cents per share. This is in addition to a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share. The total dividend will be paid out on Jan. 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31, 2024.Including the special dividend, the total dividends declared for the year now come to 90 cents per share.
